Fake or spoofed feed?

I noticed something strange around Los Angeles area. More ADS-B aircraft with hex only. Looked up up about 10 of them and mostly come back to reg numbers that are not assigned, reserved, or deregistered.

Is this feed providing fake data or spoofed ADS-B traffic?

T-KSAN1 is definitely putting out bad data, there are Aircraft Icons moving around randomly and displaying Squawk N/A.

Take a look at LAX with ground traffic enabled.

No errors around San Diego where the Radar is situated.

Is there anything in the works to prevent this? Any validation tools?
