Lost the side bar in map page

I am hoping someone can help me as i seem to have lost the side bar when i have a map open?

Help how do i get it back!!

A little update on the problem.

Its there when i am not in premium but as soon as i log in and refresh the screen it disappears!!

Any help gratefully received!!

This might do the trick, if I've understood the problem correctly

Give it a go and see what happens
Click on the chevrons indicated in the red circle
