  • Problem viewing plane info

    Hey guys.

I've been using this for years, on the same computer with no problems.

Until the past few days it's been fine, but now I can't see to be able to click on the planes and get more info.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

    D

What browser are you using? We do not recommend Internet Explorer for Flightradar24.

Try deleting any Flightradar24 cookies and clear the browser cache.

          IE.

Has worked with no issue for a long time.

Since yesterday can't click on planes.

Have you tried what FR24 support suggested?

Try deleting any Flightradar24 cookies and clear the browser cache.

I have the same problem. I don't wish to change browser from IE. Please inform cookies to be deleted and any other change required for Internet Explorer 8.

As mentioned both on forum and on Flightradar24 Internet Explorer is not recommended for use with Flightradar24.
                    http://forum.flightradar24.com/threa...-ask-questions!

It is not an issue with FR24 not supporting IE, but the opposite, IE is not supporting FR24, because av bad JavaScript handling.
All we can suggest for IE users is delete cookies or change browser.

I start enjoying FR24 a few weeks ago on my home computer, but suddenly it was impossible to see planes informations; Last week I was on holidays near the French-Spanish border with my travel PC (both under XP with IE), and everything was OK.
Back home, always the same with my main PC, so I want to find those cookies, but don't know how to process.
                      First I'll clean my cache.
                      Thanks anyway for this software...

But first you'll have to remove the spyware included in Chrome, using "Unchrome". The best "spybrowser" you meant?

If you have problems with the fact that someone can potentially see what you click/browse on the Internet, you should disconnect your Internet modem and/or close down your computer.
