Question about displauing EMB145

I know that Embraer 145 didn't show at fligthradar24. But in this case why this plane http://www.flightradar24.com/data/airplanes/ur-dnp have flights in your DB? Now UDN001 Embraer 145 due to ATC just airborn. That page know about that but no plane on map. Why?

It can be either the plane install ADS-B equipment recently or it was logged from FR24 box using MLAT.

I didn't think that MLAT can be using in Ukraine by fr24box

UDN it's icao code for DniproAvia. So everything on page http://www.flightradar24.com/data/airplanes/ur-dnp is correct. Z61 flight from KBP to DNK and Z65 flight DNK-KBP.
Last to/from is for WRC flights and yes WRC to/from is wrong, but everything else is correct
