  • How long after loosing contact can we see the planes on ascreen?

    Hi,
I would like to know how long, after loosing the last radar contact, we can keep on seeing the plane on map.
I can understand the flightradar24 system can calculate position from last speed data, but how long or distance is it?
    Thanks for the info.

Depends on several parameters, but between 1-10 minutes. Once we get flight plans we will increase that value even more.
