If someone want to browse listing must use the forum.Moreover,list is incomplete because not every member follow forum.Maybe some of them won't to be listed?!Would it not be better to add new button next to Playback,Setting,Filter buttons or above the map in horizontal line?Only they know how many stations there are and where they were.If you continue to "fill up" list this way be sure that it would be never ending story.It will take ages and nobody will be sure if the list is completed or not.

It would be easy for FR24 to generate this list from stations active within the past week or so, they know
* the station idents
* the station location (so they can reject traffic reported from over 400 km away) ... but they might want to randomise this by 10Km or so so not pinpointing a feeders home
* If active (premium account kept active by upload, not fee)
