Radar View Waypoint Format

In the 'new' Radar View can someone please advise what the waypoint format is? I have tried to upload the file I have used in BaseStation and Globe-S but it fails on the first row! This is what I have in my .wpt files (first 4 records):

The format is correct but you have an error in the first row. You have full stops instead of a commas and the Radar View upload is detecting the errors.
