Hi Team,
I have an issue that has recently started with the pro version of the app.
Phone: Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge
OS ver: 6.0.1
Pro App ver: 6.7.1 (fresh off the store)
Free App ver: 6.6.0
The pro version has been working fine on a couple of different handsets including the one above. However, recently it has started displaying the error: "Unable to get your location, please check your location settings and try again" when tapping the location icon (bottom left of screen). It knows where I am as it displays the blue dot in the right location.
I've uninstalled/reinstall etc but no luck - interestingly, the free app works fine as far as location is concerned and will centre on my location with one tap.
Also, when viewing an alert aircraft the pro version has a warning hidden under the info tab (bottom of screen) stating something like "the flights details aren't being displayed" - I don't remember the exact error as I haven't been using it much since it started with the errors.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

So if I make a new alert just with flight and * on a local area, will that work?

Hi Kaiaerd,
Unfortunately without Google Play Services installed you won't be able to get the FR24 Premium app working. If you want to be sure that you can run Flightradar24 on your device, make sure it's a Google certified unit from one of the major brands with a minimum screen resolution of 480x320 pixels, GPS, compass, rear camera and Android version 4.1 or higher.

i run a device w/o GAPPS and w/o google play services. Can install FR24 premium, even log in, but (obviously) not usable. Any way Alternative to run an Android App under these conditions?
I am afraid i already know the answer though...

Hi Bertsteur,
If you're receiving the "Unknown error, code 31" it means your subscription has expired. Can you please contact support@fr24.com and we can assist you further with your issue

I have reset my password twice; account works fine on the website. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Reinstalling will not help here. Verify if your subscription is still valid. You can check it in your account options on website. I think you need to renew it.

Contact with support as it seems that your subscription has expired. Log in to your account on website and click on Your account option to verify if your current plan has already changed to basic.
