The position of our feeders is not known, and coverage changes hundreds of times per day when different feeders connect and disconnect to our network. The best way to get coverage is setup a receiver. You can find more information here: http://www.flightradar24.com/increase-coverage

    Hi Mike

    Thanks for your quick reply.

Yes, Epinal is already quite far away. I thought that the position of the feeder might be the reason. Is there no closer one, or are the closer ones temporarely off?

    Hi.

It looks like you would need a Radar Feeder nearer to the Airport as there are hills or mountains near BSL and if the Feeder has not got line of sight of the Airport that is why you can only see Aircraft down to about 3500 ft on approach.

I would say the Feeder near BSL is possibly around Epinal as that would tie in with Aircraft departing only visible above about 6000 ft.

    Basel-Mulhouse - coverage

    Hi together

I'm living a few kilometers from the Airport Basel-Mulhouse. Considering the more than 100'000 flight movements on this airport per year, I think flightradar24 doesn't show me a lot of flights. Is there a problem with ADS-B coverage in this area, or is there another reason?

    Tks for your help.
