  • web or app?

I am sure this is a stupid question but what are the advantages of downloading the app over accessing FR24 via the internet on a tablet? Please excuse my ignorance- I am a tablet virgin.

Thanks, Mike. It would be Google's (Asus) Nexus 7.

I don't think the Nexus supports Augmented Reality? Maybe try the Free app and then decide if you want to buy the Pro.

The app is optimized for use on a mobile unit. The web version is not working good on a touch screen were zooming the map can zoom the web page instead, or clicking on small buttons can be very hard. The best answer is to try by yourself.

Thanks, Mike and Anmer. The info. you have given is very helpful- I'll try the app, probably the Pro version as it is very cheap so I won't lose much if it doesn't work better than the free one.

                  OK, for our Scandinavian friends:

"Even less than the price of half a pint of beer".
