I am using Windows 7 with Chrome 22.0.1229.79 and the map is frozen.

It's not just a Chrome problem. it won't work in Opera or IE9 now. I suspect it is a Windows 7 problem. Only seems to work in Firefox

I'm seeing exactly the same problem. Started happening about Thu 27th September.

I am using Windows 7, and since an update for Google Chrome a few days ago, my flightradar map has frozen, too. The same happens when I try to use the AA traffic news website, which also uses Google maps. I have to reset my system to a date before the upgrade to get things to work again. But the next day the upgrade has returned and I don't know how to stop it from upgrading automatically.

It doesn't work with the latest version of Chrome. It still works in Firefox and IE9

I beg to differ. I'm using Chrome Version 22.0.1229.79 m and it works just fine. I'm not saying there are no problems for some but it does work with the latest version of Chrome.

I'm using Chrome without a problem.

Have you tried closing and reopening Chrome?
