It's a shame that ADS-B is not equipped in every plane. Late this afternoon, I heard a Cessna fly overhead so I looked up and observed it, within seconds I heard the engine start to splutter and then it was quiet, I watched it as it glided over the hill, half pie expecting to hear a crash and fireball.... nothing so I didn't think anything more of it until 20 minutes later, two police cars with sirens blaring sped past my place.
