    • It was parked outside engineering when I was out there yesterday.

Interesting, they forgot to turn the transponder off like the others.

            • ZK-MVE still showing on ads-b on a trip down from Rotorua to ChCh. Hope the other 4 turn on soon as PP is fairly sparse these days. Seems they only show up on FR24 and only occasionally.

Mlat coverage on FR24 is a bit hit and miss in the South Is. In Mid Canterhury they seem to disappear/appear about the Rakaia river then again just north of Timaru. Would be good to plot where all fr24 receivers are to work out where more are needed. NZLX1 has helped in central otago.

Anyone know if NZGT1 is going to return or has it been relocated?

                • Topology of the south island cities is less than ideal.

We all end up in a line and very little triangulation. Ideally the west coast would need one to cover the mid areas. Reason the upper of the south is so good is nelson, wlg, palmy mixed with the chc ones

Even if I was to apply and swap out the beast and relocate it I'm still only north of the city and getting similar coverage

                        • This one is... Odd.

It loads a white 0 alt route from Florida when you select it.

                            • There appears to be a problem contacting the COAA website , both for PP and ShipPlotter (which I also use). Might be stopping shared planes, as it is stopping shared ships.

                              • Correct. And a number of annoying email alerts from the mailing list confirming early today.

Something to do with their distribution and routing
