    Want to join the Flightradar24 team? We are looking for a Customer Support Representative. Location is flexible.

    Are you a passionate Flightradar24 user – both website and app(s)?
    Do you own an ADS-B receiver?
    Do you enjoy helping people?
    Do you speak/write good English and preferably one of the other major languages (e.g. German, French, Spanish etc.)?

    We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist our users with any problems they encounter. By understanding our users’ needs and working closely with the product team, you will help us improve our products. The Flightradar24 team is rather small, so you’ll be involved in many other areas of the business as well.

    We are located in downtown Stockholm, Sweden and if you are in the area, that’s great. But we are open to having you work remotely from your home with the occasional trip to Stockholm.

    The role is part-time initially, with potential to move to full-time as you become more experienced. You will be paid by the hour. Your salary is negotiable.

    Responsibilities
    Provide excellent support to our users via email

    Advocate for our users by prioritizing feedback and relaying that information to the product team

    Investigate user problems by analyzing and testing products

    Testing products prior to releases

    Manage user issues and identify the type of problem to prioritize, resolve and escalate to key stakeholders if necessary

    Identify and propose ways we can make our company better, our users happier, and your job easier


    Requirements
    Great written communication in English and preferably one other major language (e.g. German, French, Spanish etc)

    Ability to resolve conflicts quickly and creatively

    Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple task

    Passionate about aviation in general and Flightradar24 in particular

    Passionate about technology and the Internet

    Previous experience in customer service is a major plus
