  • Website not working

Hi, Have been using Flightradar 24 for some time but the site will not now work on either of my computers. Is this because I need to subscribe to the site financially,I have not seen anywhere that says I need to.
Has anyone else got this problem and does anyone know the solution?

    Thanks Brian

    Hi
    Welcome to forum
Do not use IE Inernet Explorer
Empty your cache , by pressing F5 2 times
    or Ctrl R to times
or use a cleaner and get cleaned from unusless cookies
check that you got no filters on !!

Clarification of fix to website problem

      Hi Ulf,
I tried the fixes you suggested and the problem remains. I am not too computer savvy so in laymens terms how would you access the website if not using Internet explorer and what filters might be causing the problem?

      Thanks, Brian

        Hi Brian.

Can you download Google Chrome from here: http://www.google.co.uk/chrome

If that does not cure it, try using the Beta version of Flightradar24: http://beta.flightradar24.com/

If it still does not work tell us about your P.C. specification i.e are you using Windows 7 / XP and what CPU / Memory has it got.

Thanks Mike I have downloaded Google chrome and Flight radar 24 works again!!.

One more thing....Scanhorse said in reply to my first post do not use Internet explorer. I now get a message every time I log on asking if I would like to make Internet explorer my default browser. If I said yes would this affect Flight radar 24?

          Thanks, Brian

            Hi Brian.

I never use Internet Explorer as it also cause's problems with other websites.

It better not to set it as your default browser, good to see you have got it working without further problems.
