What are you trying to view the planes on, App for Ios / Android / Mac or a browser on your P.C.

On PC windows 7
Shows airports but no aircraft.

Hi.

Windows 7 has known issues with maps if you use I.E. try Firefox or Chrome.

Also if you have Skype you need to disable it when viewing maps as this also causes problems.
