Aircraft route is not correct on the map

Why Aircraft route does not coincide with the aircraft takeoff and landing strip on the map sometimes, if they use ADS-B system with GPS navigation?

From the FAQ:

The route is not transmitted from the airplane. The route is taken from our database based on the callsign (flight number). Maybe this is the reason.
