  • Not working

Flightradar displays the map but does not display any aircraft although a similar service does display aircraft in the same area.
This problem occurs in my 3 browsers, can anyone offer advice please?

    Thanks

What browsers are you using and what geographical area?

Browsers are Chrome, Opera & Firefox. Area is UK.

I have another PC and flightradar24 works OK on that PC so it's obviously some setting on the PC but I don't know what.

I have check browser settings and they are the same on both PCs.

The 'similiar service' probably don't feed to FR24 ...

It would help if you could define the "area" a bit more precisely and the altitude at which you are seeing flights on the "other service". Better still, post some screenshots.

As LN-MOW has suggested, the cause is likely to be no FR24 feed for that precise area. Maybe use the "other service" instead of FR24.

As stated in my second post

Check your FR24 Settings and if you've got any Filters set?

                Hi Dave.

Just a thought, is the P.C. in question running Windows 7.

If it is there are know issue's with maps and script, which are difficult to solve.

No filters set and FR24 settings are the same on both PCs and I'm using the same browsers (Opera) Mike.

I suspect it's a global setting on the one PC that's wrong, something like Flash player or Java script if anything like that drives the actual display of aircraft. The map itself displays OK and I can zoom and move the map.

Strangely enough the one that's working is on Win7 64bit, the one that isn't is on XP 32bit.

Guess I'll just use the other PC and probably the other one will start working again on its own

FR24 is not using Flash or Java. It's only using Java script. Are you using the same internet connection on both computers?
