We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with viewing aircraft on the map. To help resolve this, please try the following steps:- Ensure that no filters are currently active.
- Go to Settings > Visibility and verify that all types of traffic and data sources are enabled.
- Which platform + device are you using (iOS, Android, or website)?
- Which web browser version do you use?
- Do you use a VPN?
- Are you behind a firewall?
Thank you for your cooperation!

Hallo Leute,
Handy App funktioniert.
Wo liegt das Problem?????1flight.jpg

1flight.jpgWofür gibt es Übersetzer
Hey guys
I was using Windows 10 and the Silver membership.
Since yesterday, no more planes have been shown to me.
I have already tried everything imaginable, cleared DNS cache, with and without firewall, with and without VPN, browser cache cleared, with and without filters, different map displays and some more.
No visibility of planes at, Firefox, Chrome and Edge.
Practical app works.
What is the problem?????Last edited by AIRBASE; 2025-03-26, 18:57.

Unless I'm mistaken theres a number of changes?.
Different aircraft sprites and font.
Breadcrumbs dots are super bright in satellite with lower map brightness while the trail is dimmer
And now theres a pin+label in map settings that includes a flag.Posts not to be taken as official support representation - Just a helpful uploader who tinkers

You have to disable WebGL in your browsers as they have changed their source code to force all browsers to use it. Anyone with older hardware and GPU will no longer be able to use the site. The lag is absolutelty insane on Chrome - it's more like a slideshow. Sends my fans crazy, the FR24 tab on its own is using over a gig of RAM and CPU temps to 80C when they usually sit around 35C. I'm running an i5 9600KF which is a pretty meaty CPU but the only way to get rid of most of the lag is to enable hardware acceleration which is absolutely laughable to get some pixels to show on a map. It's got to be one of the worst optimised sites on the entire internet. The planes appear on the map and the map scrolls with with HA enabled.
The only reason they are forcing WebGL is because they want to force-feed us even more unwanted flashy crap to clog up the maps and max out your CPU and RAM. They already started this with the absolutely MASSIVE airport pin change a year ago which are so big they block out entire cities and now way to change them but to disable them altogether. And now they are forcing WebGL that allows them add MASSIVE unwanted country flags alongside their MASSIVE unwanted airport pins, so now entire countries are blocked from the map by the combined pin and flag. They are basically turning the site into one for 5 year olds. Laughably, they call these new features "enhancements". I think they need to check a dictionary as they clearly don't understand the meaning of the word.

It's a shame that you don't get an answer from support, the main thing is that you pay for something that doesn't work overnight.Last edited by AIRBASE; 2025-03-28, 12:37.
