Account info such as alerts not available after logging in - Website

I have tried searching the forums with no success but maybe I just didn't search the correct topics. When I have logged in, the menu bar at the top of the FR24 page disappears. This is where I can go to my Gold Account settings to add/modify/delete alerts and I have tried hovering all over the window to try and bring it back. This is when I am logging into the FR24 website on Safari, Firefox, any browser. How can I get that back to be able to go and adjust my alerts. Please can someone help.

    Thank you.

If it is only after logging in. That's your preference settings set to full screen.

If it is before. It's usually the screen size. The bar is dynamic.

      Hi,

As Oblivian (thank you!) mentioned: it's dynamic and expected behaviour in order to have a full view of the map when desired. Just clicking into the map will bring both widgets to the left, map controls and the bottom bar back.

Per the attached screen shots, one with map controls off and the other with map controls on, the top bar is not visible. It's the top bar that I need.

Thanks for sharing more details, we now see what you mean - could you please be so kind and contact support at support@fr24.com with your browser version so the responsible team can take it from there and have your contact details in case they need to answer more questions? Thank you very much! And our apologies for the inconvenience!

Alternatively, please check your settings - I have just been informed that you might have activated the "Hide the top bar" top right hand. Please see the image attached.
