    Hello,
    I was wondering is it normal that the system charge the subscription fee before the subscription plan has been changed?

    I misunderstood the free trial limitation and change my plan from gold to business, once I entered the billing payment, it immediately charge me USD499.99 but my account still showing I was under gold plan and the billing is pending so neither can I cancel my business subscription nor my billing payment. I already wrote the tickets to the service support but still really anxious about not able to get the refund back.Hoping there will be some advice or experience sharing about the related situation.
