Can't Search & Find Flight Here, But Can On FlightAware

I'm a FlightRadar24 Silver subscriber. I searched for an N-number with the result: "Sorry, but we could not find data for specified flight." However, it's right there on the free version of FlightAware. Why is that?

I'd suggest you contact FlightRadar24 Support as this forum isn't regularly monitored by FR24. Provide as much detail as you can including any useful screen captures,
