      Thanks Scanhorse.

The web server crashed just after our takeoff, thats really typical to happen when you don't have access to Internet.
But now we are at home, and FR24 is back online together with Malta. The coverage in north east direction/Greece is really amazing. It's up to about 450 km!

Now give me a location on Iceland and I can go tomorrow

I noticed tonight that a lot in and outbound to and from Dubai (DXB) are visible on FR24. But in this thread is mentioned that Dubai is coming up? Also a blue X is added on the map for DXB. Does that mean Dubai is live? And since Sharjah is next to this DXB why not put a blue X at this airport? Just saw Air Arabia land at SHJ...
Keep up the good work and love to check out this site...

no, the traffic around Dubai is provided at this moment by an receiver situated in Qatar, as you can see the coverage ends at aprox. 150km east of Dubai.

            Hi
There is a radar called OTDB proberbly the Quatar radar
but there are also (tiny) signals coming from a radar kalled OMMA
could that be the new Dubai radar

indeed OTBD is the icao code for Doha airport,
OMAA is the icao code Abu Dhabi International Airport .
Today i manages to see some "sparks" of signal from the OMAA radar as you said. i wonder if the radar will be placed in Abu dhabi and provide coverage for Dubai , or there will be a2 radars one in Abu Dhabi and the other in Dubai

when did you installed the radars?
a few days ago no planes were displayed above UAE, the planes appear only above the sea NW of Abu Dhabi signal provided by OTBD radar.
Anyways now the area is very animated. i was waiting for a long time to see the traffic around Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

I wanna thank you and to all the people that are making possible the existence of flightradar24.com.

                  Julian,

                      Appreciations

Whoever is providing the Live radar of UAE and it's near radius, has my utmost appreciations. I've been waiting soo long for such a facility. I would like to assist in anyway I can by providing more coverage. Can anyone advise how I can go about it ?
