I get the same from time to time using Chrome. I beleive it’s browser related, so try switch to e.g. Firefox.

Hello:

I am enrolled as a "Business" account. However when I leave the website open on my desktop for an extended period of time, the page times out. This wasn't the case in the past. I am using Google Chrome for my browser.
