    New Radar In Middle East?

    Hi today at 07:00PM GMT over the Middle East near Muscat there was increased coverage, ive never seen it like that before with the Dubai radar, im guessing theres a new radar there? I wanted to know if it was permanent or just temporarily. I just checked the radar where the planes are, and it is still OMAA, so it maybe a new Radar with higher signal.

    no new radar its the same radar OMAA well sometimes it reach Kuwait and Riyadh the longest range i saw 1 plane over Hail in Saudi Arabia :-)

      Dubai/UAE is extremely flat so you get very good coverage. Apart from that stm44ae seems to have a great location on his receiver.
      Here is a view from Burj Khalifa, worlds tallest building, where you can see how flat everything is.
