  • Send data to FR24 OR show flights local via DUMP1090 - what can I do?

    Hi Guys,

I have some problems with FR24 under Windows 10 64-bit with dvbt stick. If I run FR24.exe without process arguments, it sends packets to FR24, but I can not use DUMP1090 via localhost:8080 (page does not exists). After I had searched at this forum, I loaded FR24.exe with process arguments "--net --net-http-port 8080 --interactive". But at this case, I can use at least DUMP1090 via localhost:8080 with (local) live data, but FR24.exe sends no longer data to FR24. What can I do?

Try using --net as the only process argument. --net-http-port <port> is only needed for changing the web server port number from the default 8080 and --interactive is for the dump1090 window, not for the web server. Also, within the FR24 settings, disable all of the server feed ports (i.e. Raw server on port 30002 and 30334, etc.) because the --net argument will use the same port numbers and FR24 sending data on those ports will cause conflicts, which may be causing the FR24 app from receiving data.

If I can ask this same question as OP... but I am getting different response from dump1090 when I ran --net, this is what I get:

        usb_claim_interface error -6
Error opening the RTLSDR device: Device or resource busy
        Any ideas?

        Thanks,
        - Tony Sutton
