  • MLAT_Problem = UDP-Firewall

    Hi everyone,
I just started with my pi feeding to fr24 and enabled MLAT. The MLAT Service is started, but variables are stating that "mlat ok = NO". Reason ist UDP-Firewall.
Any suggestions what I need to change, that MLAT is working?
    Thanks

I wouldn't worry about it too much until fully operational again

I invested in this thingy with the sole purpose of lowering the MLAT min altitude in my area. Havn't seen T-MLAT6 or T-MLAT7 for over a month now.

Then can work out if its the back end being switched off, or your side unable to connect out

cool, thanks. Didnt know that MLAT was suspended.
Nevertheless, do I usually have to open/forward/unblock ports at my router that the fr24feeder is working properly?

No, as with most unless you have fully restrictive traffic rules in place the outgoing initiates the connection for return traffic so is usually authorised to do so.

Open ports don't need to be made for incomming initiation
