windows 8 problems

hi i bought flightradar24 for my iphone and it worked great i was able to track aircraft ok.
i decided to buy the program from the windows store for my laptop using windows 8 .it installed with no problems but when i run program i cant see any aircraft i have turned on the filters etc but cant see any other settings,
am i missing some thing , like i said it worked great on my iphone

Not familiar with that W8 app but did you try turning off the filters.

hi thanks for reply it defaulted with all filters off so I tried with filters turned on it made no difference , it shows the map with towns roads etc but no aircraft

I would try uninstalling and re installing. (make sure you can do that without paying again)
Might not have installed correctly.

hi again just tried unistalling i did not pay again to download but same as before, no aircraft showing i wonder if i have wasted some money on this

Hi Stu, did a quick google and don't find any bad reports regarding the app.
I would contact support.
Maybe try posting somewhere else on this site. This is area is for feeders.
