Online, data being received, but reporting "no data"

    Hello,

I've been successfully feeding FR24 for over 5 years without problems that i have not been able to solve. But now, I'm stuck.

My Pi is receiving signals (I can see them on my connected screen), tbe Pi is connected to the internet (I can access web pages), FR24 is receiving something from me (see screenshot of stats page showing "online"). FR24 is successfully translating my data (see screenshot of the radar screen, filtered on my radar), but the stats page is showing "no data" and my stats scores are rapidly diminishing.

    What's going on?

This happened to me last year. I raised a ticket with FR24 Support, who said there was nothing wrong at their end, but miraculously, without me changing anything, it was all back to normal the following day. Go figure...

Server side stats are somewhat independent of feed servers and upload stream from the feeder process

They'll crash/stop working on their own while the feeds fine.

Only panic if you can't filter your own stuff or don't see x uploaded counter locally.

Four days since I originally posted. No improvement four days of FR24 saying "no recent data for this radar" (screenshot 1 below) but still I can see "my" tracks on the radar screen. What's more, screenshot 2 says I last uploaded an hour ago.

So why do they say "no recent data", and why am I dropping down the leaderboard, losing 1000s of positions every day?

Should I reload the software onto a formatted microSD card and start from scratch?

give your modem a reboot, this will initiate a reconnect towards the server and most likely clear the error you are having.

Thanks for that tip. However, I have tried that several times already.

What do the logs show? Any errors there? There doesn't seem to be any stats coming in from your feed.

Have you only restarted your router or the pi as well?

On an unrelated note, it is generally advised not to disclose your sharing key.
                - Good luck sorting out the reported problem.
