even i cant connected to http:192.XX.XX.XXX:8754

    Some advise please

Are you able to connect/ssh into the pi using the IP? If you can then restart fr24feed or just reboot the pi and then try and see if it shows up online. If it still doesn't, try to ssh into the pi to see if that works.

        sudo systemctl start fr24feed

See if this works. If it works, then probably you need to enable the service.

        sudo systemctl enable fr24feed

          Following shows fr24feed is running:
          Code:
          [ ok ] FR24 Feeder/Decoder Process: running.

Following shows that receiver (dump1090) has failed.
          Code:
[ ok ] Receiver: down...... failed!.

Which decoder have you installed (dump1090-mutability / dump1090-fa / readsb)???
What are the outputs of following commands?

          Code:
          apt-cache policy dump1090-mutability
          pgrep -l dump1090-mutability

          apt-cache policy dump1090-fa
          pgrep -l dump1090-fa

Seems dump1090-fa is not runningRestart dump1090-fa and after few minutes check fr24feed-status.

This is normal with RPi receivers. Mlat is enabled only on FR24 supplied receivers.

Your fr24feed and dump1090-fa / dongle are OK.
If in output of command fr24feed-status, you still see FR24 Tracked AC: 0. then most likely the dongle is not getting signal from antenna

Check that on the dongle, the connector of cable from antenna is not loose.
