Feeding with VPN issues

Hi

Ive tried to get the answer elsewhere but can't. Can anyone assist?

I used to feed to FR but stopped after it failed and I assumed it was my dongle. I bought a new dongle and it worked while my VPN was disconnected but stopped as soon as I connected the VPN.

There must be others that feed with VPN on their PC or does this just not work?

I use Nord VPN. Is there any way of allowing this connection in so I can feed it to FR?

Im not very tech savvy, so any help would be appreciated as I love feeding to FR and seeing my range and the radar screen!

When was the last time you shared data? If it has been more than 6 months, then your feed has been deleted, that is why it is not working. You need a new key. You can provide your coordinates to support and they will provide you a new key, if that is the case. FR24FEED doesn't care if you are using a vpn or not.
