Lat/long on setting side is only for distance from you calculation. Or range rings and knowing position of feeder
nothing to do with aircraft display position

On aircraft. Mode-s vs modes ES/ADSB with gps
Not everything sends location details. Or has ability to. So it doesn't know.

Is in FAQ under why can't i see all aircraft

      Thanks for the feedback,

Sorry for my lack of knowledge, but in flightaware we can see Mlat aircraft, in the FR24's radar view they don't appear? On the VRS I can also see, data such as altitude and aircraft information appear.

can I change something when installing the FR24?

Why does everyone expect every sharing site to have the same features?

          I didn't compare FR24 with Piaware,

Only if there is any configuration to appear Mlat aircraft as in skyaware.

          Do you know?

That's showing positions also displayed on your pi.

As fr24 doesn't return MLAT results to the receiver i wouldn't expect to see MLAT on that map.
