Flashed new SD image how do get back to feeding data to FR24

I am not literate with the programming. I was having horrible time with intermittent data feed and staying on line which is why I decided to flash and start over. Could someone explain what steps are required to get back running? I have FR feeder ID. I have SSH. I tried going thru one set of instructions but they fail after selecting the receiver type - says it can't find dump 1090...

With all the messages about the system being denied by a massive distribution attack taking it down currently.

Doing anything right now to 'fix' things, is a bad idea.

It has been more stable for the last 7hrs.
But no word if the attack has ended.

You are at about step 6

But it depends on what 'image' you wrote. As some Dump1090 is bundled, some it is not and needs to be added. And at times fr24feed can detect it's missing and force install.
