You're brave. Given the instances of causes of -6 and abundance of how to fix listed everywhere, and lack of extra info I was letting it slide.

Yeah could also be a kernel driver issue, you could always do this:

    Code:
    echo -e 'blacklist rtl2832\nblacklist dvb_usb_rtl28xxu\nblacklist rtl8192cu\nblacklist rtl8xxxu\n' | sudo tee /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-rtl-sdr2.conf
    After creating the blacklist, reboot.
It stops the wrong drivers from being loaded.

I don't know what you are saying.

Anyway just use this if it's not working, it runs dump1090 independent of fr24feed:

Solutions to common problems using dump1090 variants and ADS-B feeders - wiedehopf/adsb-wiki

If you stopped it and don't know that sudo systemctl start fr24feed will start it, then you can also just reboot and it will automatically start.

Are you starting fr24feed on the console?
That's not how it's meant to be used, a service is probably already running.

    fr24feed-status

This will tell you if it's already running.
    Stopping it:
    sudo systemctl stop fr24feed

Another fr24feed or dump1090 is already running.
