I'm well aware that those are different IPs.

Think of them both being roughly in the same town, metaphorically speaking.
At least my computer takes the same "roads" towards both destinations.

The trick with hotlines is to get them to escalate you to the next support level.

I'm curious does https://www.telia.se work for you guys?
(It should be on the same route as the fr24 feed servers)

If a website doesn't work it is maybe easier to make the support understand.
But most likely you just have to be very patient and wait until they decide to pay attention.

It's nearly impossible to call them and ask for that kind of things, the call center will never understand what I want

Yeah seems that your ISPs link to Telia is broken.

Best call your provider and complain you can't reach 185.218.24.1

(They probably will ask for a normal traceroute and then hopefully investigate the problem. From experience it is hard to get the ISP hotlines to understand the problem, good luck!)

Ok so both providers may be connected via the same routing towards Telia. (maybe Amsterdam)

They have a problem in their route to Telia.

So all the guys with the problem could try
ping 185.218.24.1

(this address is probably fr24s load balancer and responds to ping)

And if that doesn't work complain with your ISP that you can't reach that IP address.
(Or it may not matter and they have already noticed that there is a problem and it just takes some time to fix it.)


So your problems are not FR24s fault, it's basically a connection problem between FR24s internet provider (Telia) and your internet provider (Vodafone)
