  • Help needed setting up DVBT on windows10

    Hi,

I need some help in feeding data to FR24. I used to do it a few years ago but then my computer broke etc. I got a new pc now and I want to start feeding again.
I have a DVBT stick. I installed the zadig driver and I think that works ok ( how can I verify if I did it correctly?). Just to check I installed rtl1090 and there data is received.

Apart from Fr24feed do I need to install anything else ?
When I start fr24feed I received the 'connection terminated' message all the time,

    Can anyone help me?

    Code:

RTL1090 isn't recommended as the head (app that does the decoding) due to the filtering it has.

As you have selected DVB stick as the decode device, this is now fighting for rights to it - which is why Dump1090 cannot start as seen.

Take a read of my how-tos

I had checked the how-tos before, but I can't figure out what is wrong..

Initially I just installed fr24feed, but since that didn't work (gave me the error log from above) I installed RTL1090 just to see if the stick does receive any data, that works. I never started rtl1090 after that again.

Well usual reasons it cant start like that is misconfiguration or still locking the chosen source device in the background. (task manager will reveal something still crashed there like rtl or dump1090)

Start it, goto the web config page while its erroring. And double check the settings. (even paste them here) And make sure you have the latest version. 16-11

Assuming the webpage is actually launching. Make sure your additional commands is also empty and turn off the raw/avr out at this point

          Thanks for helping,
I checked the taskmanager, I don't see anything what might be locking it, no dump1090 or rtl1090 or anything similar.

          Version 16-11 is running,
Here is a screenshot of the settings page:

Since I could not get it to work, I went ahead and setup the system via raspberry Pi. Working great now.
