  • Re-install Raspbery Pi - Feeder ID changed ?

    Hi

I just re-installed my RPi from the old Wheezy distribution to the Jessie distribution...

Looking af the fr24feed.log after installation of fr24feed, it looks like my feeder now is named EKxy3@83.140.21.112

I know for sure, that before the update my ID was EKxx2.

I use the same login, the same sharing key - so I wonder what got lost during the config of the device?

Also, my Raspberry Pi does not show up on the FR24 webpage under "activate-raspberry-pi" - but maybe it shouldn't when it already is active ?

Is it possible to get the re-installed receiver to submit data with the correct ID ?

    /Brian

You would need to contact the FR24 support team via email for back end/registration changes.

You won't find it on activate unless it has not already had a sucessful connection to the server via the manual setup procedure you performed.

The activate option is designed for non-gui interaction (it broadcasts after install on local network)
