  • Rasberry Pi 2 and Mode-s Beast B - MLAT

    Hello everyone:

Let me introduce me first, i'm from Colombia and since so many years ago, i'd been broadcasting for Flightradar 24, first with a USB dongle and then with the FlightFeeder given by Flightaware.

Well, the deal is that the past week, i received the update from Flightaware from 6.2 to 7.2.2 where MLAT is now supported. Here there are not so many people broadcasting for Flightaware and MLAT is not working due to that.

I know that there are so many people on Flightradar near of my living place because all day appears MLAT planes and i would like to know if i'm getting those signal.

So How i can see my DUMP1090 with MLAT or there are any way to configure Raspberry to broadcast to FR24 insted of Flightaware?.

Thanks in advance for your answer.

MLAT is not sent back from servers where it is calculated to be able to view locally from FR24
