    I'm pretty sure I attempted to explain this in the other thread you engaged

    Not all aircarft can be visible. Mode-S vs Mode-S Extended/Full ADSB.

    Many of your examples are Dash-8. These did not come with full ADSB off the line so need to be retrofitted. Most airlines are not unless there is a timeline to have it done by

    the pairing of a 1090 MHz Mode S “extended squitter” transponder with an approved GPS navigation source (such as WAAS GPS) to provide the required position, vector, altitude and velocity data.
    To add to this, incomplete or bad signal will miss part of the data and cannot decode the required information at all times.
