this is my first post on the topic of FR24. I have been following FR24 for a very long time. All praise. I recently received a set of equipment, which worked brilliantly for several months, above expectations. A few days ago, however, there was no more range or contacts, although everything seemed normal on the receiver. The connectors are ok, as well as the antenna, GPS, internet, everything is ok. But the equipment is apparently not sending data to the application. What is going on? I also tried your support center, but I didn't get more than an e-mail asking me to check the connectors? What should I do? There is clearly no real support. Should I return the equipment?
Any advice is welcome.
