According to http://www.airframes.org/reg/n712ck, the FAA website is incorrect.

B747-122/F c/n 19754 was scrapped.

B747-2B4B/F c/n 21098 was re-regd as N712CK.

Edit: I've just emailed FAA about it.

"The aircrafts that you described are not the same aircraft. Also, the aircraft record does not show a request to cancel registration as scrapped or destroyed in 2013. However, there is a request to cancel the registration that was submitted today."

For today this aircraft belongs to Avia Traffic Company. Regersted oficialy in CAA of Kyrgyz Republic (unfortunately I am not able to post links).
