I think you've made a mistake somewhere here. I've checked with my sources and this frame hasn't even been built. All their other ones are known and they have not acquired any second hand frames to my knowledge. Correct details??

Yes if the msn is correct but it hasn't been built and therefore hasn't flown. Presumably then he's seen 7C7C9C pinging in Australia somewhere so will be a miscoded hex for a different frame. The hex can't ping for a future frame that hasn't even been built, can it!

No, it's a bit premature, to say the least.

There have been a couple of brief pings, but they look like corrupt packets to me.
