COMAC flight test I believe. For Chengdu Airlines according to planespotters site and also source for type and msn. Not sure if these test regos are fixed or recycled.

On Yahoo mode-s group as being an unknown helicopter, but FR shows it doing 300kts+ at 13,000ft, so unlikely imo.
