That's not correct. OK-VIP have 49D1CA, OK-EAC had 49D04B, but was damaged in accident few month ago and no more in operation.
Pls check and you will see through callsign.

In that case, it would appear that OK-VIP is using a swapped transponder, and is miscoded.
