Waste of time they are all blocked.

I work for the company that operates these aircraft. Can you offer me some guidance please as to how I might get them unblocked?

You would need to contact support and make a request for them to be unblocked.
Most corperate jets are blocked by default. Even the care flight jets are simply shown
by type only. Posting data on these aircraft results in them no longer being shown
by FR24.

There are several posts through the forums which talk about this issue.
