But last activity in the flight history is from June 5. Checking other sites the reg is on the block list so that's why it's not appearing anywhere. Last tracked flight I can find was LTN to Basel area on August 9.

That hex decodes to N767JB which was its test reg prior to delivery over a decade ago(!). I see from the flight history for that hex there were 2 pings back in April and May in Japan which would probably tie up, however the hex is in regular use on the current N767JB frame - a Rans RV-7 that operates regularly out of the Chicago area (currently not in the db) so there's no chance of the E767 being added on this code.
