There's several of them (excluding USA). Armenia (numbers), Uzbekistan, Venezuela and more recently Colombia and Peru seem to not bother with the hyphen anymore, although we still list the latter 2 with them for consistency.

The nationality shall be indicated by the first letter or the first two letters of such group, selected from the series of nationality symbols included in the radio call signs allocated to the state of registry by ITU.

    2. A hyphen shall be placed immediately after the nationality letter or letters.

If photographers want their JP photos linked, then they should submit them to JP without adding a hyphen in the reg when there isn't one on the plane. Please take up the matter with JP.

Yah I saw the pic on JP yesterday. I did a search for the callsign but nothing showing yet. I have a couple of EC-5** hex codes on file that have flown down to Albacete from MRS in recent days/weeks but not been able to ID them yet.

Sometimes they get a new code after final delivery, other times they keep the test reg hex, like the Spanish Army assets. It can be quite confusing. Anyway, I have corrected the 347415 back to EC-918 (although probably won't see it used again) and have now added the ANGEL4 EC-OCD on the 3475C5.

The fleet of Belugas ST (A300-608ST) has changed slightly. According to information from the DGAC, F-GSTB and F-GSTC are now with the new company Airbus Beluga Transport with the new Callsign "BCO".

You already answered me in October, yes I gave him that other hex code because it is the one he was carrying for a few days before surrendering, it was changed to this definitive one that I indicated to you and they have not changed it again, I don't know about other countries but in Spain there is no free access list that includes the Hex code data.
I feel the inconvenience to the people who do the work of uploading or changing the database, the intention is to have the app with the best information possible
