There are several aircraft with ADS-B where the data is not being displayed on the live map. The response I received from support was that they hadn't been able to verify the problem or that the area had low coverage. The best way is to check directly with support and good luck.

needs amendment to Aircraft type GL8T as it is a Global 8000.

The database staff uses official ICAO data, not unofficial or nonexistent data.
If in a few days the ICAO website reports that this aircraft has the designation GL8T, the team will make the change immediately, however we will not proceed with unofficial data.

Thanks for the reply. We have an ADS-B receiver at the airport. It was displayed until April 5th and after the data update it was no longer displayed. I wrote to support

I know it's an aircraft with Mexican registration, but until the hexcode is changed to one starting with 0, the registration I have to use—because it can't be changed and will continue to appear—is N (FAA - Hexcode "A"). Changing it would be best, but that's what the post rule states.
