All these tie-ups you are sending in are COMPLETELY wrong. Please stop. The database for Colombia is now a total mess as from your posts, nearly every hex is now showing use by 2 and even 3 different frames. 0ACBBC is current lor HK-1480. You are now introducing a 4th hex 0ACBE1 which isn't even in use by anything. 0ACBBC now in use by THREE different frames because of your posts : HK-1480, HK-2513, HK-1227.

0ACBBC is HK-2513 miscoding. Correct hex assignment is C172 HK-1480-G.
