I don't know where you got that from, in the image it is clear that it is an A320-214 (CFMI CFM56).
The data in JetPhotos is wrong.

What happened to the old transponder of PR-SEE E48399? It seems that they are reusing the transponder of PR-NMC which has its airworthiness certificate suspended.

The transpoder controller of the aircrafts have been swapped for maintenance convinience, PR-NMC has its airworthiness certificate suspended, but "on condition" components like the transponder controller is airworthy.
